Dave McNab, President of the company, graduated from Olds School of
Agriculture and pursued a career in Auctioneering. He married Bernadette
McNab (nee Materi) and they have two sons, Bryce and Marc. In keeping with
family tradition he has remained in the catttle ranching business while
energetically advancing his career in real estate. His knowledge and
expertise are invaluable to his clients. Dave is a significant force in our
organization and while he enjoys the more challenging contracts, his clients
can approach him with ease concerning the smaller deals too.

John
Viens has been with us almost since our inception and is an esteemed member
of our group. He has gained the respect of his co-workers and clients
through his practiced efforts to meet people's needs. John, also born and
raised in Fort Macleod, has a wealth of residential information to benefit
newcomers to our community. John graduated from Business Administration and
is an excellent business/commercial realtor as well.

Garry
Nielson hails originally from Saskatchewan. He is well known and liked in
agricultural circles, both here and there and we are happy to claim him as
our own. Garry has shown himself to be a capable realtor, full of heart with
a ready sense of humor. His ability to work expertly in all areas is enough

Bryce
McNab, eldest son of Dave and Bernadette, is well versed in both real estate
and agriculture. He is also well rounded in every aspect of the industry and
is an asset to our firm. Bryce obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from
the University of Alberta in 1994 before accepting an invitation to join the
family business. Clients seem to prefer Bryce's unpretentious manner and
'down to earth' approach.

Marc
McNab, youngest son of Dave and Bernadette, was born and raised on the
family ranch near Fort Macleod. In 1995 he received his B. Comm (finance)
from the U of A. He obtained his real estate license in 2006, and began
working full-time with McNab Realty in mid-2007. Marc brings with him over
12 years of commercial (agricultural) lending and appraisal experience. He
obtained his PGCV (Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation)
designation in 2006 while working as an agricultural appraiser in Southern
Alberta. Marc’s knowledge, expertise and contacts gained from previous
experiences make him a welcomed addition to our company.
